Our high-performance sealant is designed for both interior and exterior applications, offering excellent flexibility and durability in demanding environments. With high elongation and movement accommodation, it easily withstands joint movement while maintaining a durable seal. The sealant becomes rain-resistant shortly after application, helping to protect projects from unexpected weather conditions. Compatible with both water-based and synthetic paints, it can be painted to achieve a seamless finish. It provides outstanding adhesion on most surfaces, including slightly damp substrates, often without the need for a primer. The almost odourless formula is easy to apply, tool and clean, delivering a smooth professional finish every time. Non-corrosive towards metals and featuring excellent tooling properties, it is an ideal solution for a wide range of sealing applications.
